Jodee Gorsich

Driven and curious, Jodee thrives on helping others shine. With over 30 years in business operations across industries like aviation, education, and real estate, she specializes in creating systems that empower others to succeed. As the founder of Broker Secret, Jodee combines her operational expertise and real estate knowledge to help Brokers grow their businesses while she and her team handle the details.

A native New Mexican, Jodee has lived and worked across the state and spent many years outside of New Mexico (Europe for 8 years, Hawaii for 7 years, and Virginia for 1 year) before returning to her roots in New Mexico.

Outside of work, she’s a devoted wife, bonus mom, snow skier, and horsewoman. A lifelong learner, avid traveler, and serial entrepreneur, Jodee is always finding inspiration in new experiences and challenges.

Cheng Biag

Cheng has been providing virtual assistance since 2019, specializing in supporting real estate brokers in New Mexico with listing coordination and transaction coordination for over four years. With a keen eye for detail, he is highly organized, process-oriented, and a dedicated team player. He consistently strives for excellence in every task he takes on, ensuring smooth operations and efficiency for his clients.

He is a devoted family man who cherishes quality time with his wife and son. An outdoor enthusiast, he enjoys exploring new places on his bicycle, embracing the thrill of adventure and the beauty of nature. His passion for both his profession and personal life reflects his commitment to balance, efficiency, and continuous growth.

Questa Williamson

Questa is a dynamic professional with a diverse background spanning business, finance, hospitality, and agriculture. A graduate of Southwestern Oklahoma State University, she has honed her skills in delivering exceptional customer service throughout her career. As an entrepreneur, she has collaborated with her husband in the construction and real estate industry, gaining valuable insights into the complexities of building, renovation and designing. Additionally, Questa and her family actively manage a successful farm and ranch.

Outside of work, Questa prioritizes spending time with her family, embracing outdoor adventures like skiing and hiking, and staying active on the basketball court. Driven by a lifelong commitment to learning and personal development, she continually seeks new challenges and opportunities to expand her horizons.

Questa holds a New Mexico Real Estate Associate Broker's license in inactive status.

Baylee Thayer

Detail-oriented and analytical, Baylee thrives on organization and efficiency. With over seven years of experience in business operations for real estate—and a prior background in asset management with the Department of Energy at NASA Langley AFB and the Thomas Jefferson National Accelerator Facility—she has developed a keen eye for detail. She excels at analyzing contracts, tracking deadlines, and ensuring smooth operational workflows, allowing her clients to focus on growth and success.

Outside of work, Baylee finds fulfillment in running her pet-sitting business, which allows her to care for animals and connect with people in her community. At home, she’s constantly expanding her ever-growing plant collection—experimenting with propagation and slowly surrendering her living space to greenery. An outdoor adventurer at heart, she loves skiing, snowmobiling, hiking, biking, rafting, kayaking, and dirt biking—always chasing new experiences in nature.
