1. NEW CLIENT INTAKE

Use this form if this is your first time working with Broker Secret, or if you have changed brokerages since we last worked together. This form is only filled out once per client (or upon a brokerage change) and must be completed prior to submitting other service orders.

2. LISTING AGREEMENT PREPARATION + LISTING COORDINATION

Use this form if you would like us to prepare the Listing Agreement for you and then continue through Listing Coordination once it is signed.

This is the correct option if your listing is still in the preparation phase and the Listing Agreement has not yet been executed.

3. LISTING COORDINATION

Use this form only if you already have a fully executed Listing Agreement.

Listing Coordination begins after the Listing Agreement is signed and supports your listing through MLS launch and beyond.

Planning note: Allowing at least 4-8 business days between order submission and MLS launch is strongly recommended.

Use this form if you would like us to prepare a Purchase Agreement (offer) for you and your buyer.

Use this form to submit an order for Contract-to-Close (CTC) transaction coordination. Please submit this form after all parties have signed and your have a fully executed contract.
